- When will the yearbook be available, and is there a deadline to order?
The yearbook goes on sale over the summer before the school year begins. The ordering deadline depends on how many copies are left, so order early to ensure you get one.
- If I missed picture day, can I still be in the yearbook?
Yes! There are makeup photo days scheduled throughout the year. Make sure to take advantage of these opportunities.
- What if there are errors in the yearbook, like misspelled names—can they be fixed?
We do our best to catch any minor typos before printing. Once printed, however, we cannot make a change. You do not need to tell us of minor mistakes and misspellings. If you notice a major mistake, please email the Yearbook teacher.
- Are all school events, clubs, and student achievements covered in the yearbook?
We strive to include all school events, clubs, and student achievements in the yearbook. But, we can only do so with their cooperation. We arrange days for club photos, for example, but if a club won’t send us information or get their photo done, there’s not much we can do.
- Can I request a specific photo to be included?
Yes, you can request a photo, but please note that there’s no guarantee it will be used.
- Am I going to be in the yearbook?
Every student who takes a school photo (or senior picture) is automatically included in the yearbook. Other photos, such as those from clubs or organizations, depend on your involvement.
- When can I expect to receive the book?
The staff works hard to distribute yearbooks in early May. At the latest, books are distributed during finals week.
- What’s the theme?
The yearbook theme is kept confidential until the editors choose to reveal it or until the books are distributed.
- Do I have to take my school photo?
For underclassmen (9th-11th grade), school photos are required for both the yearbook and student IDs. For seniors, school photos are not required but are highly recommended.
- Can I see the yearbook before it’s printed?
Sorry! The yearbook is confidential to all non-staff students until the books are distributed.
- How can I get a quote in the yearbook?
To have the best chance of being quoted in the yearbook, be active and present in school activities and around campus.
